Your notice title, source reference, country and supplier information, capability lists, assessments, deadline, evidence and decision are processed in browser memory. The tool does not submit those inputs, fetch a source URL, copy live notices, send data to AI, create an account or send alerts.
A source URL is displayed as text. This tool does not open or verify it. Do not enter credentials, sensitive personal data, confidential bid materials or information you are not authorized to use.
Storage and downloads
The worksheet does not automatically save inputs in cookies or browser storage. Leaving or reloading can lose your work; your browser may restore form values through its own page-restoration features.
JSON briefs are generated locally and contain your source facts, company capability information, evidence, decision, rationale and check results. These details may be commercially sensitive. Review the file before choosing where to store or share it.
“Clear all inputs” resets the current page. It does not delete downloaded copies or browser-managed copies. Browser memory is managed by the browser; clearing the worksheet is not a secure-erasure guarantee.
Website requests
Your browser requests this page and its static assets, including the shared BidSignal checking engine. Hosting infrastructure receives ordinary connection and request metadata, such as your IP address, requested page, time and browser information. The worksheet entries are separate and are not submitted. There are no advertising scripts or third-party fonts.
The profile-calibration link opens your email application with a fixed subject. It includes no worksheet facts, evidence or exported brief. If you choose to send email, your email provider processes it and Ascendant Systems LLC receives it. Avoid including confidential materials or personal information in an initial inquiry.

Limited activity counts
We count page views, completed tool checks, prepared report exports and clicks on designated inquiry links. Each event contains only an event type, fixed asset and page identifiers, a format version and a new random event ID. It contains no inputs, results, file names, file contents, source links or referrer. These counters use no cookies or browser storage and respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Synthetic examples are excluded from action counts. A prepared export is not a confirmed download; an inquiry click is not a sent message or a lead.
